PAGE Foundation Pakistan Alliance for Girls Education (PAGE) is a registered NGO with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Operating from its office in Islamabad, PAGE is dedicated to transforming the landscape of girls’ education and leadership in Pakistan. Through cultural and policy reforms, PAGE strives to establish a world-class education system that aligns with evolving global skill demands while fostering respect, dignity, and positive future prospects for girls. As an umbrella organization, PAGE creates an enabling environment for gender equity in education, employment, rights, and leadership by bringing together stakeholders, donors, policymakers, and practitioners to address the gender gap and broader socio-economic challenges faced by girls in Pakistan.

Scope of Work:Request for Proposals for Prequalification of Suppliers 

PAGE seeks Potential and Competent Suppliers for the purpose of Prequalification of the Suppliers to broaden pool of suppliers for the year 2025 – 2026. Interested Suppliers should fill out the Prequalification Form and provide the below-mentioned details.

1. The deadline to submit the Prequalification Forms is no later than _________________ COB Wednesday June 18, 2025 at PAGE Islamabad Office or by email at [email protected] Forms received after the specified time & date may not be accepted.

2. Please submit your company profile with this Prequalification Form. 

3. Please submit your Forms using the submission template. All proposals must be completed in full. Incomplete Forms will not be taken into consideration for evaluation. 

During the evaluation, organization may ask for additional information as necessary.

4. Please print the Annex – A on your company’s Letter Head duly signed and stamped. 

5. Please attach NTN, STRN, Company Registration certificates with this form.

6. PAGE reserves the right to cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.

7. PAGE reserves the right to increase or decrease specific items or the overall quantity of the required items without assigning any reason and change in quoted prices.

8. PAGE will circulate the RFQs (Request for Quotation) only with the prequalified suppliers as per requirements.

9. The Suppliers will not subcontract the awarded Supplies / Services to any third party.

10. The Suppliers will disclose the Conflict of Interest (in case of any).

11. The suppliers will agree and respect the PAGE’s Procurement Policies (Safeguarding, Child Protection, Environmental etc) and Suppliers Code of Conduct.

12. This ‘Prequalification Document” does not constitute any commitment on the part of this Organization unless a written agreement is signed by both parties.

13. Suppliers must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names/companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently blacklisted

1. That, We shall abide by all the instructions/conditions in the Prequalification document and all the special instructions and PPRA Rules 2004.

2. That, We and our products quoted are not blacklisted by any Govt. Regulatory authority in Pakistan.

3. That the information given in the application form and product data sheets is correct. In case any of this information is proven incorrect, PAGE Foundation reserves the right to reject the proposal and may initiate suitable legal action which may include blacklisting of the Bidder.

4. We are by no means involved in any kind of terrorism, terror financing or bankruptcy directly or indirectly.
